Wave Nouveau Perm stylist

Hi,
I recently had my hair permed with the wave. The guy who did it did not do as well as he did the first time. He is very talented however he is getting older and constantly is moving shop. I am not satisfied with the results I received from the last two visits. I am in the Baltimore area. Can you please help me find a good and reputable stylist that does the wave nouveau perm?
